We are re-assessing our postage
options, currently we have always maintained a 'free' postage policy for your
items which is currently sent via recorded delivery.
From April we will be adding a small
fee towards delivery payments - although this will not be the full delivery
costs. Full information will be posted on the order pages shortly.
We are now entering our busy time of
year. All our orders are processed in order or receipt with most orders being
posted within 1-2 days. However from time to time depending on the amount of
orders being processed delivery can take a bit longer. Please bare in this in
mind when ordering if its a last minute purchase - please advise us of delivery
requirements.

Coming in time for the festive
period this year we will be announcing more deals and package options to
make your festive and new year events for 2009 / 2010 go with a bang....
We are still
producing the new kits but due to a heavy workload and the construction of our
new live racing download site we are running a little behind schedule.
The demand for live racing that you can download
has become very popular and we have had many requests to make available races in
a raw format that you can add your own graphics. This new section and separate
site will be online shortly - then we can continue with our new kits and
hopefully get several out to you before the end of the year.

Race Downloads
For the past year we have been offering a 'race download'
service, aimed initially at people overseas who wish to run a race night but
due to there locale might not be able to source anything suitable. This
service has been very useful to ex-pats living abroad who wish to run events
in their pubs or clubs. providing a download service has allowed them to
provide the entertainment that their customers enjoy whilst giving them the
freedom to download and update their collection of races as and when they
